Our Cruiser Series of electric bikes are extremely comfortable to ride. This largely comes from the famous Cruiser bike design which allows an upright seating position. The principle design element facilitating this is the angled down tube. This allows your feet to be further forward relative to the saddle than on other bikes. See the difference in angle between the Cruiser bike and Commuter bike here.
Added to this are the cow horn handlebars, which reach back at you rather than you leaning forward to reach them.
Completing the all-round comfortable ride is the ample cruiser style saddle we provide with every cruiser bike. The saddles are sculpted and packed with padding so you can cruise around for hours with no discomfort what so ever.
Cruiser bikes are also famous for balloon tyres. These are slightly wider than normal. The benefit being they offer suspension support while you ride. Normally wider tyres would mean more drag and slower riding on the road, but with electric power you don’t have to worry about that. We use Schwalbe balloon tyres. Read more about them and their suspension giving properties here.
The components used across the bike are exceptional quality. Our motors are Japanese manufactured geared rear wheel hub motors. Exceptional quality and power for outstanding hill climbing capabilities. We use Samsung battery cells, Avid BB7 disc brakes and Simano gearing.
